【中邮科技：国华卫星计划减持不超3%公司股份】金十数据12月1日讯，中邮科技公告，国华卫星计划自2024年12月23日至2025年3月22日期间通过集中竞价交易和大宗交易方式减持其所持有的公司股份，合计减持股份数量不超过408万股，占公司总股本的比例不超过3%。其中，采取集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份的，任意连续90个自然日内，减持股份的总数不超过公司总股本的1%，即不超过136万股；采取大宗交易方式减持公司股份的，任意连续90个自然日内，减持股份的总数不超过公司总股本的2%，即不超过272万股。
