智通财经APP讯，香港宽频(01310)发布公告，有关中国移动香港有限公司(中国移动)可能提出现金收购要约，以收购(除中国移动及其一致行动方已经拥有的本公司已发行股份以外)本公司全部已发行普通股的相关事宜。董事会注意到最近某些媒体报导有关I Squared Capital向本公司提出非约束性要约。
董事会谨此就有关媒体报导作出澄清并知会本公司股东及潜在投资者，董事会已收到I Squared Asia Advisors Pte Ltd.提出无约束力的初步意向，表示有意收购本公司的100%已发行股份，倘落实进行，预期将透过其投资组合公司HGC Global Communications Limited完成收购(可能其他要约)。为免生疑问，可能其他要约为独立于11月20日公告所提述中国移动可能提出的现金收购要约。于本公告日期，本公司与I Squared Asia Advisors Pte Ltd.仍在讨论该建议的条款(包括价格)。
公司已向联交所申请股份自2024年12月3日上午9时起恢复在联交所进行买卖。
