智通财经APP讯，兴证国际(06058)发布公告，根据衍生产品交易框架协议，衍生产品交易框架协议可经任何一方发出书面通知后于其完整期限届满前终止。于2024年12月2日，兴证(香港)向本公司发出通知，因当前资本市场状况，衍生产品交易框架协议将立即终止。兴证(香港)与本公司均同意，衍生产品交易框架协议终止后，任何一方均不再需要承担衍生产品交易框架协议项下对彼此的任何进一步义务或责任，或承担任何性质的责任或金额。
董事会认为终止衍生产品交易框架协议将不会对本集团的财务状况及经营造成任何重大不利影响。
