智通财经APP获悉，COUR Pharmaceuticals宣布与罗氏(RHHBY.US)旗下基因泰克(Genentech)达成战略合作与许可协议，双方将共同开发和商业化COUR的专有免疫耐受纳米颗粒(tolerogenic nanoparticle)疗法，用于治疗自身免疫性疾病。
根据协议条款，COUR将获得4000万美元的预付款和近期里程碑付款，此外，还可获得超过9亿美元的开发、商业化和销售里程碑款项。根据合作协议，COUR负责完成前期临床开发和生产技术转移，而基因泰克将承担临床开发、监管申报及商业化的相关工作。
目前，COUR正在开展一项针对重症肌无力的1b/2a期双盲、安慰剂对照、多中心临床试验，同时推进针对1型糖尿病的候选药物开发。
