12月1日，开放数据空间联盟成功举办第一次全体会议，标志着开放数据空间联盟正式成立。贵阳大数据交易所作为副理事长单位，会同首批发起单位共商共建共享数据空间，构建数据产业生态有机体，实现数据空间互联互通，开启数据价值共创。

围绕国家数据局《可信数据空间发展行动计划（2024—2028年）》要求，明确到2028年建设100个数据空间，详细阐释数据空间相关体系，并辅以国家数据基础设施指引，且数据流通利用基础设施试点工作逐步下沉至市一级，为开放数据空间联盟（ODSA）的诞生筑牢了坚实的政策根基。此外，通过依托全球数据资产理事会（DAC）生态基础，由数商、数据交易所、高校、科研院所、企事业单位等联合发起，旨在打造一个开放包容、协同创新的数据空间网络生态，促进我国数据资源的高效利用和价值最大化。

下一步，贵数所将与开放数据空间联盟协同发展，不断优化迭代可信数据空间数据交易一体机，通过隐私计算、区块链、数据沙箱等先进技术，结合数据资产盘点、分级分类、智能合约等功能，实现数据可信接入纳管、盘点治理、登记存证、可信流通及交易交付，让数据在不同主体间高效流通，实现“可用不可见”和“可控可计量”，助力可信数据空间体系高质量发展。
