智通财经APP讯，中集安瑞科(03899)发布公告，公司已接获赎回通知，要求公司赎回所有本金总额为16.8亿港元的未偿还债券(提前赎回)。截至本公告日期，有关提前赎回已经完成，并透过结合集团内部资源及外部借贷拨付。
截至本公告日期，所有债券(于2026年到期16.8亿港元零票息可换股债券)(本金总额为16.8亿港元)均已赎回并注销，故并无任何发行在外的未偿还债券。因此，公司已向香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)申请撤销债券的上市地位。自联交所撤销债券的上市地位预期将于2024年12月10日营业时间结束后生效。
