智通财经APP讯，广汇宝信(01293)发布公告，许星已辞任执行董事;公司的公司秘书;及公司授权代表(根据香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)证券上市规则第3.05条)，自2024年12月2日起生效，原因为其事业发展需要，彼希望投放更多时间于其个人事务。
董事会亦宣布，自2024年12月2日起，梁君慧获委任为公司秘书及授权代表。
董事会进一步宣布，自2024年12月2日起，梁君慧已获委任为公司法律程序文件代理人，以根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部在中国香港接收法律程序文件，以及根据上市规则第19.05(2)条在中国香港代表公司接收法律程序文件及通知，以取代陈诗婷。
