智通财经APP讯，福田股份(08196)发布公告，于2024年12月4日，广州环科环保科技股东通过注资决议案，将广州环科环保科技的注册资本由人民币6800万元增加至人民币7476万元，并议决广州环科环保科技股东应各自按其于广州环科环保科技的现有股权比例进行注资。
注资完成后，公司透过其全资附属公司广州中科建禹向广州环科环保科技的出资总额将由人民币340万元增加至人民币373.8万元，而公司于广州环科环保科技的股权将维持5%不变。
公告称，广州中科建禹参与注资将有利于促进其与广州环科环保科技上述股东的合作，并通过继续参与广州人口稠密地区的大型环保项目进一步提升集团的品牌形象。
