Alerus Financial (ALRS) said Tuesday that Chief Technology Officer Jon Hendry will retire at year's end.
Hendry's responsibilities will be transferred to Karin Taylor, who will become COO, starting Jan. 1, according to the company.
Alerus also appointed Joe Birkholz as chief risk officer.
Shares of Alerus Financial were down 1.8% in recent trading.
