Amaero International Signs Three-Year Supply Deal with The Perryman Company; Shares Up 8%

Amaero International (ASX:3DA) signed a three-year deal with The Perryman Company for the supply of US-melt and forged titanium alloy bars, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The Perryman Company will be the company's preferred and primary supplier under the deal, which provides a baseline price in 2025 and increases annually on an agreed percentage, the filing said.

Amaero International shares rose 8% in morning trade Tuesday.
