近日，在由新区总工会等共同主办的“职工品质生活 我为你而来”2024年长三角地区职工品质生活分享会上，上海清美绿色食品（集团）有限公司被授予2024年浦东职工品质生活企业五星级单位。

清美集团工会成立于2009年，现有会员4800人。清美集团工会充分履行“参与、建设、维护、教育”四项基本职能，深度融入集团全产业链的发展建设之中，大力倡导和弘扬劳动精神、劳模精神、工匠精神。

近年来，清美工会结合行业实际，制定提升职工品质生活培育计划，精心设计打造了清美味道、清美美发、清美医药、职工班车、休闲健身等服务职工的活动方案，不断为职工品质生活赋能、展示工作成果、体验生活美好，让职工有更多获得感、幸福感。

清美集团工会始终坚持以解决职工的实际问题为工作的出发点和落脚点，成立了爱心互助会，持续完善困难职工帮扶救助机制，为营造企业内和谐员工关系创造了有利条件。同时，通过定期的技术比武和练兵活动，促使员工的技术水平稳步提升；集团工会携手上海开放大学，将教育资源引入厂区，为在职员工提供了继续学习的优质平台。目前，公司已有44位员工踏上了本科、大专学历提升的征程。
