国海证券指出，AI服务器出货量快速增长，新技术持续迭代，如GB200 NVL72互联模式通过NV Switch实现，GPU与NV Switch采用铜互联形式，内部使用的电缆长度累计接近2英里，共有5000条独立铜缆。立讯精密产品线丰富，是一体化解决方案供应商，并收购汇聚科技完善相关布局，持续开拓新客户。
据悉，2022年2月，立讯精密通过其子公司立讯精密有限公司收购汇聚科技，截至2024年6月30日，立讯精密有限公司持有其70.95%的股权。受益于服务器赛道较高的景气度，以及立讯精密收购后所产生的协同效应，2023年，汇聚科技实现营收7.35亿美元，同比之中60.57%；实现净利润0.27亿美元，同比增长27.89%。
