消息面上，近日，中烟香港发布公告，宣布与相关卖方订立烟叶类产品出口至新地区框架协议，旨在扩大公司烟叶类产品的转售及出口至新地区。该协议的有效期自2024年11月27日开始，至2027年11月26日止，为期三年。同时，公告中提到修订2023年烟叶类产品出口框架协议下的现有持续关联交易的期限及相应年度上限。
根据公告，2023年烟叶类产品出口框架协议项下的现有年度上限分别为182万美元、218万美元、260万美元及313万美元。公司计划上调2024年至2027年间的年度上限，建议年度上限为5089万港元(2024年)、6094万港元(2025年)、7313万港元(2026年)及8776万港元(2027年)。此外，公告指出，相关交易的最高年度上限适用百分比率超过0.1%但低于5%，因此构成持续关联交易并须遵守相关申报及公告规定。
