消息面上，商务部12月3日发布公告称，决定加强相关两用物项对美国出口管制。其中，对石墨两用物项对美国出口，实施更严格的最终用户和最终用途审查。自公告公布之日起正式实施。据悉，中国石墨是国内一家销售鳞片石墨精矿及球形石墨的公司，主要从事将未加工石墨加工制成鳞片石墨精矿及球形石墨。
