智通财经APP获悉，中教控股(00839)反弹逾4%，截至发稿，涨4.13%，报3.53港元，成交额9280.3万港元。
消息面上，中教控股公布截至今年8月底止全年业绩，营业额65.79亿元人民币，同比升17.1%；纯利4.18亿元，同比下滑69.7%。招商证券指出，纯利下跌主要因为公司计提约19亿元的商誉/无形资产减值，该笔减值源于对三所并购学校增长预期的下修。
华西证券则指出，短期来看，2024/25学年全日制在校生同比增长5.2%，其中高教在校生同比增长9.5%，在校生稳健增长。中期来看，公司广东省及山东省扩建项目推进顺利，判断24年资本开支为高点，后续随着项目建设逐渐落地，资本开支将持续下降。此外，公司收购的学校仍存在净利率改善空间，美元降息后财务费用已逐步改善；公司2024财年净利润受商誉及无形资产减值损失影响，四川及陕西学校此次减值后无形资产余额所剩不多，再次减值概率低。
