Revolution Medicines (RVMD) said Monday it started a $600 million underwritten offering of common shares.
Underwriters in the offering will have a 30-day option to buy up to an additional $90 million of shares in the offering, according to the company.
Shares of Revolution Medicines were down 3.4% in after-hours trading.
