智通财经APP讯，中建富通(00138)发布公告，为防止日后再次出现类似不遵守上市规则有关公众持股量的规定情况，并加强公司有关购回股份的内部监控，公司已采纳以下政策，于未来在进行任何购回事项之前必须遵守：
(a)公司于交易日进行任何购回事项之前，购回事项的负责人，即公司的执行董事，应指示公司的公司秘书提供于该交易日不得超过可购回股份的最多数量及每股购回股份的最高价格的资料。
(b)购回事项的负责人将核实公司秘书提供的资料，并准备向公司经纪商提供的购回指令，该购回指令应由公司秘书审核，以确保该购回指令符合上市规则，包括但不限于上市规则第10.06(2)条。购回指令应明确于该交易日不得超过可购回股份的最多数量及每股购回股份的最高价格。
(c)经公司秘书认可购回指令后，购回事项的负责人将向公司经纪商提供购回指令，以根据该交易日的购回指令购回股份。
