智通财经APP讯，雪峰科技(603227.SH)发布公告，新疆丝路雪峰农业科技发展有限公司(简称“丝路雪峰”)为公司全资子公司新疆玉象胡杨化工有限公司(简称“玉象胡杨”)之全资子公司，其主营业务为煤炭、肥料等贸易业务，与公司现有民爆及能化业务协同性较低，为进一步聚焦公司主责主业，专注提升主业竞争力，公司全资子公司玉象胡杨拟向新疆新冀能源化工有限公司(简称“新冀能源”)转让其持有的丝路雪峰100%股份。本次转让以截止2024年7月31日经北京卓信大华资产评估有限公司对其评估的净资产2079.78万元为作价依据，交易价格为2079.78万元。本次交易完成后，新冀能源将持有丝路雪峰100%股权，雪峰科技将不再持有丝路雪峰的股权。
