希教国际控股任命杨文为首席投资官
财中社12月5日电希教国际控股（01765）发布公告，宣布自2024年12月4日起，杨文被任命为首席投资官。杨文将主要负责管理公司的现有投融资组合，优化资本结构，并参与重大资本运营工作，同时进行风险管理与财务评估。此外，他还将执行公司的投资策略，并就潜在投资项目提供建议。
杨文具有丰富的财务和审计背景，曾在多家公司担任重要职务，包括在香港联合交易所上市的公司担任财务总监及其他高级财务管理职位。他持有对外经济贸易大学的会计管理学士学位，并获得注册会计师资格及董事会秘书资格证书。董事会对杨文的加入表示热烈欢迎。
