消息面上，近日，国家数据局组织召开全国数据系统投资工作视频会，总结数据系统2024年投资工作，部署2025年投资重点任务，提出围绕影响数据事业发展的重点问题，谋划并组织实施一批具有示范带动作用的重大项目。国家数据局有关负责人表示，在统筹抓好“硬投资”和“软建设”、发挥政策组合效应方面，要把项目建设和数据领域的配套改革结合起来，充分发挥规划引领作用，推进适数化改革，出台有针对性和操作性的配套制度和政策。
东吴证券指出，10 月以来数据要素相关政策密集出台，阜博集团在掌握影视基因数字指纹、水印等核心专利技术的同时，顺应Web3.0 和AI的发展趋势，积极探索数字内容确权、数字内容资产保护和交易在新场景下的应用机会。公司进行平台化升级，有望降低客户获取及服务成本，并提升工作效率。
