东莞证券指出，2020年起国考招录人数快速增长，至2024年招录人数达3.96万人，较2019年招录人数增长了1.7倍。但报考人数同样大幅提高，2021年至2024年国考参考人数分别达101.7万人、142.2万人、194.8万人、225.2万人，报录比逐年上涨。参考我国出生人口变化趋势，未来数年内普通高等教育毕业生人数或将保持缓慢增长，国考考培需求旺盛。
信达证券指出，25年国考报名再创新高，报名人数同增13%，录取率进一步降低，有望刺激招录培训需求的提升。招录培训机构进入学员培训高峰期，建议关注业绩弹性，相关公司包括粉笔等。浙商证券此前表示，粉笔作为招录考试培训龙头，在当前的经济环境及行业竞争中体现出强大的产品课程开发和技术研发优势。随着OMO模式持续深化，线上化优势下AI持续赋能效率提升，利润率仍有改善空间。
