中邮证券发报指，据克而瑞数据显示，11月TOP100房企实现销售操盘金额3633.5亿元，环比-16.6%，但较9月仍增长44.3%；同比-6.9%，单月业绩同比降幅低于往年同期。今年1-11月累计业绩34326.3亿元，同比-30.7%，降幅较10月收窄约2pct。在政策的作用下新房销售降幅持续收窄，一二线城市购房客户需求仍在释放，拿地方面，11月北京、上海等一线城市接连出让多宗高总价地块均由头部央企摘得，预计12月房企推货力度仍将加大，支撑一二线销售热度延续。
