　　里昂发布研究报告称，碧桂园服务（06098）近期出售38亿元人民币资产，料可进一步加强公司的净现金状况，以及为近期公布的回购和激励计划带来支撑。该行下调碧服今明两年盈利预测分别37.9%及45.3%，以反映较弱的基本面，目标价由7.6港元降至5.2港元，但由于总回报料达4%，将评级由“跑输大市”升至“持有”。
