智通财经APP讯，中国建材(03323)发布公告，于2024年12月6日，天山股份(为公司的非全资附属公司)与北新集团(为母公司直接及间接持有100%股权的附属公司)、摩科瑞及中建材绿能(为母公司的间接非全资附属公司)订立增资协议，据此，天山股份以现金方式对中建材绿能增资约1880.48万美元(具体金额以实际汇出当天汇率计算为准)，其中约1764.71万美元计入注册资本，其余计入资本公积。增资完成后，天山股份将持有中建材绿能的15.00%股权。
中建材绿能主要从事大宗商品贸易、碳资产管理及绿色、低碳、节能、环保以及循环再利用相关业务等。
增资符合公司绿色化发展战略，亦有助于保障天山股份高效完成碳履约任务，获取碳交易市场相关从业经验，同时获取获取中建材绿能业务发展带来的投资收益。
