China Nuclear Energy Technology's (HKG:0611) subsidiary Changfeng Zhongkai Herui Photovoltaic Power Generation agreed to lease the rooftops of a logistics park in Anhui, China, from Hefei Blogis International Logistics Center for 20 years, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The group plans to design, construct, install and operate rooftop solar photovoltaic power systems on the premises.

The logistics park is located in Shuangfeng Economic Development Zone, Hefei, Anhui and has a total area of 102,200 square meters available for the group to install the solar photovoltaic power systems.

The annual rent of the premises, to be funded through internal resources of the group, can amount up to 562,100 yuan at 5.5 yuan per square meter per year.
