先声药业脑卒中创新药获批上市
日前，先声药业脑细胞保护创新药先必新舌下片获批上市，可为卒中患者提供脑细胞保护，有效降低患者残疾率，未来有望成为卒中发生后的急救用药，市场空间或达百亿元。
据悉，卒中分为缺血性卒中和出血性卒中，缺血性卒中占比超60%。“对急性缺血性卒中的脑细胞保护治疗，一直是世界难题。脑细胞死亡越多，未来残疾风险越高。”首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院院长王拥军表示。
2020年，先声药业于国内上市一类创新药先必新（注射剂型），它是一种双靶点脑细胞保护剂，含依达拉奉和右莰醇二种活性成分，将抗氧化、抗炎二种作用协同增效，能够显著减少急性缺血性卒中导致的脑细胞损伤。上市四年来，先必新已帮助300多万患者。据悉，此次获批上市的舌下片新剂型，贴近卒中患者发病后的实际情况，不用吞咽，可直接在舌下与唾液接触后迅速分解。相比一般口服药剂型，舌下片无需经肝脏代谢衰减，可以更充分地被人体吸收利用。“就像心脏病人用硝酸甘油一样，患者中风后马上含一片先必新舌下片，脑细胞死亡率更低，给医生的救治空间也更大。”王拥军说。
弗若斯特沙利文数据显示：2024年，我国卒中治疗药物市场规模超过1300亿元，未来数年都将保持26%以上的同比增长。据先声药业相关负责人介绍，目前，先必新舌下片全球多中心临床研究正在筹备中。
