此次回购股份的总支出为388万港元，回购授权决议于2024年6月18日通过，授权回购的股份总数为8.81亿股。截至目前，根据回购授权回购的股份数量为1884万股，占回购授权决议通过时已发行股份（不包括库存股份）的0.214%。回购后，公司在2025年1月4日前不得进行新股发行或库存股份的出售。
