智通财经APP讯，海南海药(000566.SZ)发布公告，公司全资子公司海南海药销售有限公司(以下简称“海药销售”)近日与AFT Pharmaceuticals Ltd.(以下简称"AFT")签署了《独家供应和分销协议》，双方主要就AFT的Lipo-Sachets®脂质体维生素 C、Lipo-Sachets® 脂质体维生素 D3、Ferro Lipo-Sachets®补铁剂以及Kiwisoothe®奇异舒咀嚼片四款产品在中国境内的商业化达成合作。AFT同意授予海药销售独家经销权，在合作区域内(直接或通过其关联公司)营销、销售和分销产品。
本次合作引进海外优质食品保健产品，将有利于公司布局大健康领域，丰富公司在大健康领域的产品管线，推动健康产业的发展。同时，本协议是双方继Crystaderm®(晶洁扶®)乳膏产品再次达成的商业化合作，有利于促进双方优势互补，资源共享，深化合作，不断拓展业务发展空间，继续探索发掘更多合作机遇，实现互利共赢。
