智通财经APP讯，中国铁建(01186)发布公告，公司2019年面向合格投资者公开发行可续期公司债券(第三期)(品种二)，简称“19铁建Y6”，发行总额为人民币10亿元，将于2024年12月17日开始支付自2023年12月17日至2024年12月16日期间的最后一个年度利息和本期债券本金。“19铁建Y6”的票面利率为4.20%，每手“19铁建Y6”兑付本金为1000元，每手“19铁建Y6”面值1000元派发利息为42.00元(含税)。
