【中国巨石：控股股东中国建材拟增持5亿元-10亿元】金十数据12月6日讯，中国巨石公告，控股股东中国建材拟5亿元-10亿元增持股份。近日，中国农业银行向中国建材出具《贷款承诺函》，同意为中国建材增持本公司A股股份提供专项贷款支持，贷款金额最高不超过9亿元，承诺函有效期自签发之日起1年。除上述贷款外，本次A股股份增持的其余资金为中国建材自有资金。
