联众(06899.HK) 公布，与间接非全资附属公司Allied Gaming & Entertainment Inc. (AGAE)进行多轮问询，要求了解和调查相关事项，并已正式向AGAE发出律师函提出相关诉求。
联众提及，已联同其法律顾问、会计顾问及核数师进行评估，基于以上事项及下述导致终止综合入账AGAE的关键事项等情况，认为联众对AGAE已无控制权，且认为在编制集团综合财务报表时不再适宜综合入账AGAE的业绩。
联众表示，终止综合入账AGAE业绩将对截至2023年12月31日止年度的损益造成一次性亏损，预期对综合财务报表产生重大影响。联众亦指，截至2023年12月31日止年度的年度审核仍在进行，并正在量化终止综合入账AGAE对集团的财务影响。
另外，联众于中国的业务并未受到失去对AGAE控制权的影响，且集团将继续于中国经营及发展业务。另一方面，于终止综合入账AGAE后，AGAE将根据权益法于集团综合财务报表，列作于联营公司的权益。(js/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
