Petron (PSE:PCOR) said the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) upheld an assessment of 38,600 Philippine pesos against the company, according to a Wednesday Philippine bourse filing.
This pertains to the regulator's review of the company's financial statements in connection with its recent public offering and issuance of Series 4D and 4E preferred shares.
