智通财经APP讯，中国建材(03323)发布公告，有关陈学安先生因退休不再担任公司副总裁、财务总监。为保证公司治理高效运作，董事会已于2024年12月6日召开董事会审议通过授权公司总裁兼执行董事魏如山先生，在聘任新的财务总监之前，暂代履行财务总监职责。魏先生就上述暂代职责自2024年12月6日起开始 。
