智通财经APP讯，云南水务(06839)发布公告，大华马施云会计师事务所有限公司于2023年6月28日举行的2023年度股东周年大会获委任为公司2023年度核数师，任期至公司2024年度股东周年大会结束为止。鉴于届时公司委任2024年度核数师程序尚未完成，公司与大华继续签订服务协议，为公司继续提供2024年度中期财务信息审阅服务。
根据公司2024年度核数师选聘结果，董事会在取得公司的审计委员会的推荐意见后，建议分别委任中审众环会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)及富睿玛泽会计师事务所有限公司为公司2024年度中国及国际核数师。中审众环及富睿玛泽的任期自临时股东大会结束后开始，至公司2025年度股东周年大会结束为止，薪酬为人民币472万元(不含2024年度中期审阅费用)，但须待股东于临时股东大会上批准并富睿玛泽完成承接程序后方可作实。
