Lo Chi Sum resigned as Be Friends' (HKG:1450) chief executive officer but will continue to serve as an executive director effective immediately, a Thursday bourse filing said.
Lo stepped down to devote more time to his other work arrangements, the filing said.
The live-streaming e-commerce and new media marketing services company subsequently named executive director Li Liang as its new CEO.
