中信建投研报表示，24版医保目录总体情况，结果稳定，符合预期。国产药品占比显著提升，新增创新药数量创新高，体现对基金安全、民众医疗需求及支持创新的多方平衡。中成药纳入数量稳定提升，中药饮片数量保持稳定。创新+出海+改善三条主线。创新主线是穿越周期的最好法宝，代表细分行业是创新药及制药企业；出海应给予合理预期，代表细分行业是创新药和器械公司；重点关注步入收获期的体系化药企。
交银国际表示，近期医药板块在大幅震荡后小幅回升，考虑到板块估值仍处于历史底部、叠加后续财政、医保/商保利好政策出台+流动性改善，该行认为仍有进一步修复空间。
