智通财经APP获悉，多点数智(02586)首挂上市，公告显示，每股定价30.21港元，共发行2577.4万股股份，每手100股，所得款项净额将约为6.24亿港元。截至发稿，跌39.69%，报18.22港元，成交额1881.33万港元。
公开资料显示，多点数智DMALL成立于2015年，为本地零售业提供基于云的一站式端到端的数字零售SaaS平台，成立之初其就开始向物美集团提供服务。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，于2023年，按收益计算，公司是中国最大的零售数字化解决方案服务商以及亚洲领先的零售数字化解决方案服务商。
多点数智已成功将业务扩展至亚洲其他国家及地区，包括香港特别行政区、柬埔寨、新加坡、马来西亚、澳门特别行政区、印尼、菲律宾及汶莱。除“物美系”外，多点亦为其他大型零售商提供服务，如重庆百货集团、银川新华集团及麦德龙实体，以及DFI Retail Group经营的惠康、万宁、佳宁药房、巨人超市及7-Eleven (Hong Kong)等知名品牌。
