兴证国际投资980万美元购永续证券，获豁免股东批准
财中社12月5日电兴证国际（06058）发布公告称，其间接全资附属公司CISI Investment在2024年8月16日至2024年12月5日期间，公开市场购买了本金总额为980万美元（约7693万港元）的永续证券，总代价约为1046万美元（约8207万港元）。根据上市规则第14.07条的相关规定，此次购买事项的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易，因此需遵守相关申报和公告规定，但获豁免遵守股东批准之规定。
该永续证券的发行人为中国太平保险控股有限公司，年利率为6.40%，无到期日。此次购买事项的资金来自公司的内部资源，董事会认为此次投资符合集团的投资策略，有助于实现投资组合的均衡并带来稳定回报。整体来看，此次交易被视为对股东整体利益的合理决策。
