美凯龙预计2025年度与厦门国际银行关联交易额度达46亿元
财中社12月5日电美凯龙（601828/01528）发布关于2025年度与金融机构发生关联交易额度预计的公告。公司及子公司计划与厦门国际银行开展存款和贷款等综合业务，以满足流动资金周转需求，提高资金使用效率。此次关联交易构成关联交易，因为厦门国际银行是公司间接控股股东建发集团的参股公司，且存在关联自然人担任董事的情况。
预计2025年度与厦门国际银行的关联交易中，存款业务的最高余额为4亿元，贷款业务的最高余额为42亿元，交易期限为2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日。交易将遵循市场化定价原则，相关存款利率不低于同期存款基准利率，贷款利率不高于同等条件下的市场化利率水平。此交易有助于公司提高资金使用效率，补充流动资金，扩展融资渠道，并且不影响公司的独立性。
2024年前三季度，美凯龙实现收入61.05亿元，归母净利润-18.87亿元。
