财中社12月8日电诺亚控股（06686/NOAH）发布公告，披露了2024年12月6日至12月7日期间的股份回购情况。根据2024年年度股东大会授予的回购授权，公司于2024年12月6日回购2万股美国存托股，相当于10万股普通股，回购价格为每股2.5357美元。此次回购导致已发行股份（不包括库存股份）减少了0.03%，而库存股份总数则增加至40万股。
截至2024年12月7日，公司已发行股份总数为3.31亿股，此次回购股份的数量占回购授权决议通过当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数的0.1211%。公司表示，此次回购符合《主板上市规则》的相关规定，并已获得董事会正式授权。
