Yunnan Chihong Zinc & Germanium's (SHA:600497) chairman, Chen Qing, has resigned early due to job changes, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Friday.
Chen's term was supposed to run until Feb. 7, 2026.
The board of directors of the Chinese processor of zinc, lead, germanium and sulfuric acid products will conduct a by-election to name Chen's successor.
