消息面上，特海国际此前发布第三季度业绩，该集团取得收入1.99亿美元，同比增长14.6%；公司拥有人应占溢利3772.4万美元，去年同期则亏损139万美元，实现扭亏为盈。华泰证券认为，四季度旺季有望延续高翻台表现。公司积极落地多品牌计划，培育面馆、清真火锅等新品类单店模型，中长期成长潜力可观。
此外，香港联交所最新资料显示，11月28日，杨利娟增持特海国际21.3万股，总金额为298.0722万港元。增持后最新持股数目约为1775.7122万股，最新持股比例为2.73%。据悉，海底捞今年6月公告称，杨利娟自7月1日起辞任公司执行董事及首席执行官职务，将转至同系的特海国际担任执行董事及首席执行官。
