兴证国际间接全资附属公司购1080万美元债券
财中社12月6日电兴证国际（06058）发布公告，董事会宣布于2024年12月5日，公司间接全资附属公司CISI Investment在公开市场购买本金额为1080万美元（约8478万港元）的债券，代价为约1072万美元（约8413万港元）。此次交易符合上市规则第14.07条的相关规定，属于须予披露交易，免除股东批准的要求。
该债券由Xianjin Industry Investment Company Limited发行，合肥市产业投资控股（集团）有限公司为担保人，担保人无条件且不可撤销地担保发行人所有到期应付款项。债券的本金总额为5亿美元，固定年利率为3.90%，到期日为2025年6月8日。此次购买事项将为公司提供稳定的回报，并符合其投资策略，旨在拓宽收入来源和实现投资组合的均衡。
