YH Entertainment Group Unit Renews Agreements with Youku, Shine Entertainment

YH Entertainment Group's (HKG:2306) subsidiary Yuehua renewed its business cooperation framework agreements with Youku Information Technology and Shenzhen Shine Entertainment for another year, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The term for the renewed agreements starts on Jan. 1, 2025, and expires on Dec. 31, 2025.

Under the continued deals, Yuehua will procure suitable and managed artists with Youku and Shine Entertainment to perform in variety programs, movies, drama series, and other commercial activities.

Yuehua will also cooperate with Youku regarding managed artists entering into endorsement deals for the promotion of Youku membership. It will also license music IP rights of musical works for commercial and non-commercial use with Shine Entertainment.
