兴证国际出售600万美元票据 预计获利17万美元
兴证国际（06058）发布公告，董事会于2024年12月4日宣布，CISI Investment在公开市场出售本金金额为600万美元（约合4710万港元）的票据，代价为约624万美元（约合4898万港元）。此次出售事项构成公司须予披露交易，因其适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，故需遵守相关上市规则。
此次出售的票据利率为年利率6.375%，并且该票据由友利银行发行。董事会认为，该出售符合公司的投资策略，能够为股东带来新增价值，并在可接受的风险范围内提供稳定回报。根据公告，出售事项预计将为公司带来约17万美元（约合133万港元）的收益。出售所得款项将用于公司的一般运营资金，必要时也可用于新投资。
