格隆汇12月5日｜花旗集团周三表示，开始推出新的人工智能工具，供八个国家的员工使用，涉及约14万名员工将可以使用该等工具。当中包括Citi Assist以助搜寻内部银行政策和程序，Citi Stylus能够同时汇总、比较或搜寻多个文件。从本月开始，美国、加拿大、印度、新加坡和英国等地员工将可以使用该等工具，公司将逐步扩展到其他市场。
