智通财经APP讯，恩达集团控股(01480)发布公告，买方(奕邦环球有限公司，公司的间接全资附属公司)与卖方(宇宙P.C.B.设备有限公司)于2024年12月6日订立机器购买合约，据此，买方同意购买全自动化PCB加工设备，总代价为466.11万美元。
公告称，该集团主要从事制造及销售PCB。本次购买全自动化PCB加工设备将提升集团营运效益，以满足日益增长的客户需求。有关采购与集团的战略目标一致，可扩展生产能力、优化资源运用及保持集团于日新月异的PCB市场中的竞争优势。
