财中社12月6日电深科技（000021）发布关于控股子公司在北京证券交易所上市进展的公告。控股子公司成都长城开发科技股份有限公司正在申请向不特定合格投资者公开发行股票并在北交所上市。公司持有深科技成都69.72%的股份。
截至2024年12月6日，北交所已审议通过深科技成都的上市申请，确认其符合发行和上市条件。深科技成都的申报材料于2023年12月5日提交，随后经历了多轮审核问询。尽管目前已通过北交所的审核，但仍需履行中国证监会的注册程序，存在无法注册和公开发行失败的风险。
2024年前三季度，深科技实现收入108.52亿元，归母净利润6.61亿元。
