消息面上，海昌海洋公园公布，旗下文旅项目北京海昌海洋公园已于日前启动总包招标，标志着该项目将进入实质性建设阶段。据悉，北京海昌海洋公园毗邻北京通州区的北京环球影城，计划占地总面积约15万平方米，预计于2027年开业，将由北京通州城市建设运行集团及海昌海洋公园合作打造，以打造“未来海洋馆”为愿景，设计将融合环境设计、游客体验和动物养殖等。
此外，海昌海洋公园此前公告，已与一家产业基金订立无法律约束力的示意性条款清单，约定该基金拟认购公司发行的1亿美元可转债，转股溢价率较停牌前收市价有较高溢价。如该基金选择全部转股，或将成为公司主要股东，并引入新的董事和高级管理层，并将与该公司建立重大战略合作关系，涉及该公司目前及未来的业务。
