BlockBeats 消息，12 月 12 日，据 The Block 报道，经澳大利亚联邦法院裁定，该国 Kraken 加密货币交易平台的运营公司 Bit Trade 因未能遵守监管义务而必须支付 800 万澳元（510 万美元）。
此项处罚是在 8 月份澳大利亚证券和投资委员会 (ASIC) 在针对 Bit Trade 的民事诉讼中做出有利判决之后做出的，ASIC 指控该公司在未经许可的情况下发放信贷服务。
ASIC 表示，Bit Trade 在 2021 年 10 月至 2023 年 8 月期间向 1,100 多名客户提供保证金延期产品之前未能确定目标市场，导致损失超过 520 万美元。
